MOSTI Drafting Space Bill to Regulate Space Industry

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) of Malaysia is in the process of drafting a Space Bill to regulate the space industry in Malaysia.

The founder of ETCoLaw, Dr. Vince See, is the first and only Malaysian lawyer to hold a Master of Laws degree in Air & Space Law from the Institute of Air & Space Law (IASL), McGill University, Montreal Canada.
