Our founder, Dr. Vince, used to be General Counsel for a national carrier at one point in time. He advised, negotiated and reviewed various other commercial agreements, including frequent flyers program agreements, agreements with GDS providers and aircraft parts suppliers, agreements on joint promotional activities, etc. He also served as the Head of Legal and Assurance, Engineering & Maintenance Division of the carrier, and provided advice on and reviewed various agreements relating to MRO services as well as procurement of parts. He also provided advice on issues relating to the industry, including issues concerning airports and regulatory authorities.

Dr. Vince is also a leading law expert on Air & Space Law in Southeast Asia and has published numerous articles on Air Law and Space Law in international journals. He is the first and only Malaysian to hold a Master of Laws degree in Air & Space Law from IASL.
