ETCoLaw are looking to hire a litigation associate, with or without experience. The candidate must possess or have:

• passions for civil and commercial litigation;
• proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English – writing, spoking, reading, listening (NB. Proficiency in other languages such as Chinese is welcome);
• legal research skills;
• computer skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook and others;
• a satisfactory LL.B. degree from a recognised university with practical training;
• completed pupillage as prescribed by the law and called to the High Court of Malaya;
• met other legal requirements for practice in West Malaysia.

Please email to admin@etcolaw.com a cover letter identifying and elaborating your preferred areas of practice (ETCoLaw’s Practice Areas) and relevant practice experience (if any), expected salary and notice period (if applicable), as well as your full and updated CV detailing your contact details, work history and experience (if any) enclosing a copy of your Sijil Anual and Practising Certificate, education (enclosing full transcripts of Bar examination, CLP and LL.B.), club or social activities (if any), proficiency of languages, computer skills, the contact details (name, organisation affiliated to, title/position, mobile number and email address) of two referees (at least one work-related superior, if available) who have consented to act as your referee, and other relevant supporting materials.
