ETCoLaw successfully advised an Asian multi-national construction company, which participated in a construction JV, on a construction contract worth MYR 9 digits for the said JV to design and construct a global distribution centre for a retail MNC on Pulau Indah.

A Britain-based international satellite communications operator engaged our Dr. Vince to represent the operator in the corporate insolvency of an air carrier. The satellite operator had provided satellite-based communications services to the carrier concerned. The engagement marks another milestone in ETCoLaw’s Corporate Insolvency Practice as well as Aviation & Space Law Practice.

Our Dr. Vince is the Lead Counsel working together with a Big Four accounting firm in Malaysia to advise a Malaysian multinational company on its liquidation, including the disposal of the assets it holds in its associate companies overseas. The Economic Planning Unit in collaboration with the World Bank held a briefing session on the Product Market Regulation report by the World Bank on 25 March 2021. Our Dr. Vince represented the Malaysian Bar at the briefing session.
