ETCoLaw successfully advised a multi-national construction company, which participated in a construction JV, on a construction contract worth 9 digits of Malaysian Ringgit for the said JV to design and construct a global distribution centre for a retail MNC on Pulau Indah.

An international satellite communications operator engaged our Dr. Vince to represent the operator in the corporate insolvency of an air carrier. The satellite operator had provided satellite-based communications services to the carrier concerned.
