Revision of Service Tax by the Government of Malaysia

We, ETCoLaw, would like to take this occasion to inform our clients and business associates that the Service Tax will be revised from the present 6% to 8% commencing on 1 March 2024.

Any outstanding bills and invoices, whether partial or in whole, shall if not fully settled by 29 February 2024 be subject to a total revision to revise the Service Tax to 8% on the entire bills and invoices.
